Practice Nurse Vacancy – 32 hours over 4 days

 A vacancy for a Practice Nurse has arisen within our busy and friendly nursing department at Filey Surgery. We are looking to recruit a proactive, energetic and positive Practice Nurse to join our enthusiastic nursing team. You will be fully qualified to offer a range of services within Primary Care, or willing to undertake further training, with a demonstrable ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

You will be a caring and dedicated professional who is flexible and able to work independently under minimal supervision. Experience in wound care, phlebotomy, cervical cytology, childhood immunisations and chronic disease management is desirable.

The post holder will need to have a willingness to access training and maintain registration with the NMC at all times.

We would expect the 32 hours to be worked over 4 days. All our Practice Team members support the extended access rota and as such you will be required on occasion to work evening or weekend shifts. Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.

Patient Services Team Member

27.5 hours per week (to be worked over 5 days)

 

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person, to work within our Data Administration Department. The role includes administration of correspondence relating to patients and the safe and efficient processing of data, the management of call and recall processes and other administrative tasks relating to patient care.

The applicant will be able to work under their own initiative and be able to contribute to the overall work of the practice team.  Previous experience desirable, but not essential, as training will be given.
